🥧 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Dough
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Add cold water gradually until dough forms.
- Divide dough into 2 portions, wrap, and chill 30 minutes.
2️⃣ Prepare Apple Filling
- In a bowl, combine apples, sugar, brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and vanilla.
