1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
½ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crispiness)
2 tablespoons olive oil
👩‍🍳 Instructions

Prepare the potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks.
Boil them in salted water for 15–20 minutes, or until tender.
Drain well and mash until smooth.
Add butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix thoroughly.
Make the potato mixture
Let the mashed potatoes cool slightly.
Add the egg, flour, and chopped parsley.
Mix until you have a soft, manageable dough.
If the mixture is too sticky, add a little more flour.
3. Shape the rolls
Take a portion of the potato mixture and flatten it in your hand.
Place shredded mozzarella cheese in the center.
Fold the potato mixture around the cheese and seal it well.
Shape into oval rolls, similar to those in the picture.
4. Cook until golden
Oven method:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the potato rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush lightly with olive oil.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown.

Pan-frying method:
Heat a little oil in a nonstick pan.
Cook the rolls over medium heat for 3–5 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
5. Serve and enjoy
Let the rolls cool for a few minutes, then serve warm with ketchup, garlic sauce, or sour cream.
